do this, which would help the trump team and do independent review, which is how it should be. the judge ordered doj to be more specific about the accusation and charges along the way. there has been property receipt that shows 20 boxes, one set top secret and fbi and some were secret and some were just considered confidential and some might be inviting the attorney/client privilege. let me say this about the intelligence committee, if there is issue of national security, we should have been informed. as representatives of the american people specifically on this committee and selected to be on this committee, we have oversight over the fbi and we have jurisdiction and we want to know underlying justification and follow the facts. instead we're getting

information through media leaks, that is not how it is supposed to work, we asked director ray for a brief and so far we've been that formally and heard nothing. let's face it, the trust is not there. anything we can do to enhance trust would be great. after the russian collusion hoax after saying fisawas abuzed and hypocrisy from clinton having classified information on her server for destroying subpoenaed evidence and james comey saying no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute this. the american people feel they deserve honest answers and they haven't been getting them for the last several years. >> todd: there is going to be a risk assessment briefing by

director of intelligence for certain select lawmakers. if you don't think there will be leaks, i have a bridge to sell you, what do you think lawmakers will learn from that when you make of this risk assessment? >> i would like to be part of that being on the intelligence committee, but it is only going to top leadership. this is risk assessment, doesn't get to the heart of why this raid was conducted, why they felt they had to do this and didn't issue a second subpoena. i'm class hanes is doing something, she's been open and honest, we haven't always gotten the information we wanted, but this is a start. i don't give it a lot of trust as far as appeasing the american people who went into the raid to begin with. we want to want to know what the
