11:00 pm
fifty seven . i'm bill hemmer. i'm right there. i'm dana perino and this is the fox news rundown. america is listening to the fox news rundown with top news stories. seven days a and providing a contrast in perspectives you won't hear anywhere else. download the fox news rundown on fox news podcasts. >> .com. so if you get up early, you have to send tucker carlson, say, on fox nation tomorrow morning. watch any time. we'll be back tomorrow. here's the great sean hannity. all right. and tucker, thank you. we'll be watching. also tonight, we have more breaking news surrounding the unequal standard of justice and how the fbi has been politicized. the doj has been weaponizes and politicized under joe biden. we'll have full exclusive coverage. you won't believe tonight's new details. we have major new polls tonight in key midterm matchups that will determine control of the united states senate. a new poll, for example, has herschel walker up in the state of georgia. and we will do the job that the mob and the media will never do. we will vet all of these
11:01 pm
far left extreme candidates tonight. that will be raphael warnock. that's coming up. but first tonight, just breaking now, a major new report from the washington times. it just broke. it says rank and file fbi whistleblowers coming forward. many are now saying that director christopher wray has lost control of the agency and needs to resign. according to the washington times report, these whistleblower claims include allegations of bias even being forced to sign false affidavits. and according to my sources tonight who i spoke to within the last hour, that are directly involved with the whistleblowers, there are at now at least 20 confirmed whistleblowers that have come forward. and according to their attorney, quote, i'm hearing from fbi personnel that they feel like the director has lost control of the bureau. he said they are saying how does this guy survive? he's leaving. he's got to leave now. also breaking tonight, a new memo from the attorney general
11:02 pm
merrick garland and his office there sending a stern reminder this night to staff about policies that limit contact with members of congress. by the way, that would mean fbi members talking to members of congress as whistleblowers. so this letter obviously a convenient reminder from the attorney general of the united states . so the question is , is he trying to silence these whistleblower because it certainly looks like it at this hour. now, it also looks like they're trying to pressure these whistleblowers. but what democrats they only like here say whistleblowers, not real whistleblowers that sounds like intimidation directly from the ag's office and the in the fbi director need to encourage whistleblowers not to silence them, not intimidate them. this sounds like a veiled threat. let me remind you of the policy about talking to congress or what or else what you get fired for identifying corruption
11:03 pm
and abuse of power when they should be applauded, if it's true. now, all of this comes following a major report last night where top fbi agent tim tebow was reportedly escorted out of the washington field office on friday by two or three other agents accused of , quote, political bias in handling the investigation. of hunter biden's computer laptop. and now tebow through his lawyer, is now pushing back against the report. among growing scrutiny of his conduct. and while joe biden claims to care about law and order, while he continues to completely ignore this two tiered system of justice, the blatant political bias and corruption inside the fbi, the doj, his fbi, his doj. take a look. i'm opposed to defunding the police. i'm also opposed to defunding the fbi. look, there's no greater responsibility for government ensuring the safety of our people when he goes home,
11:04 pm
gets raided. i hope he feels the same way here on this program. we want to be very clear . we condemn all threats and all attacks on law enforcement, not one . it's just politically convenient as a matter of fact, on this program for the rank and file, the ninety five ninety eight , 99%, we are very grateful for all the good fbi agents and employees that risked their lives to keep us safe. we support them now, but the fbi is not immune from oversight and they're not immune from criticism and they're not immune from having bad apples or being called out for massive agency wide failures. and the failures inside, especially the upper echelon of the fbi. now also breaking tonight, we're now learning that amid growing scrutiny of the fbi and the doj that the department is now banning political appointees from partisan events. but i'm sorry, that just isn't good enough. fbi director and attorney general garland, now they have done a disservice.
11:05 pm
director wray knew there were problems with the upper echelon of the fbi when he took over. he should have taken what should be the world's premier law enforcement agency and he should have cleaned up the politics in the fbi. he didn't do it. and now things are worse with merrick garland because he seems to be weaponizes in the doj. the biden doj and getting away with everything has now led to more politics or politicizing of the fbi, which by the way, i predicted would happen many times on this program if we didn't hold the people that abused fisa warrants and used hillary clinton's bought and paid for a dossier and lied to a fisa court judge is not once but four times to spy on a presidential candidate and a president . or as the "wall street journal" editorial board pointed out, why is there one standard for hillary clinton and one standard for donald trump? remember, this is now a dodge that appears bent on finding anything they can use against the president. we saw that in the warrant in
11:06 pm
the raid at mar a lago, but it is the same organization that let hillary clinton off the hook for mishandling a ton of top secret classified materials on unsecured private servers because even jim comey acknowledged crimes were committed. but no reasonable prosecutor, he said, would bring a case the same people that let her get away with clear obstruction of justice. she deleted thirty three thousand emails. remember, we learned about something called bleach bit and then devices were destroyed with hammers here with reaction ,fox news legal analyst greg jarrett, along with trump attorney alina habba is with us . let's start and get your reaction to the breaking news. number one , the sheer number of whistleblower laws that are coming forward. and number two, what a reminder, what a convenient time to remind people that work in the fbi about what their responsibilities are and how they're not allowed to talk to congress. basically, you're not allowed to tell congress. the truth is that the policy
11:07 pm
evidently that's the policy on what that's called. that's called interference with law abiding citizens. i'm really proud of the fbi whistleblowers and the president and i could speak for him. is incredibly proud of those people that took their oath very seriously. the fact that they're coming forward and saying that there is something wrong with what is happening in the fbi and the fact that they believe in the constitution and they believe the oath that they took to defend it and be the law abiding people that they are supposed to be . i commend them. i encourage them to come forward. it is what many people before them have done. it is so critical for our country, especially right now in this partisan crazy world that we're living in as to what happened with merrick garland putting out a statement saying that you can't speak to congress, i find that really ironic and hypocritical considering that january 6th had made a point of pulling people out that had no knowledge to come in and speak even if they have no knowledge and put forth some statement.
11:08 pm
this is a really sick state of our fbi right now. there needs to be a complete and utter clean of house. if the president was not i always say this, but if he was not leading in the polls, this would not be happening. it is a sad state for our country. >> you know, great to look at this and the garland memo reminding staff how timely this is about any policy about policies limiting contact with members of congress amid the disclosure by people like senator grassley or jim jordan on this program last night or senator ron johnson all saying that they have spoken to these whistleblowers, people clearly now putting their jobs at risk . is this to intimidate? is this to silence opposition voices or people that are showing that politics has taken over the fbi and the doj? >> well, it seems like it, doesn't it? and there you have joe biden in his speech saying he's sickened by the attacks on the fbi.
11:09 pm
he's got it backwards. he should be sickened by the political attacks launched by the fbi against, you know, people who are it turns out his political opponents, anybody in donald trump's orbit or the former president himself. so naturally, secretly, joe biden is in favor of it. you'll also notice that biden and merrick garland are mimicking each other. how dare americans attack the integrity of the fbi? wait a minute. this is the same fbi time and again that has used their unlimited resources and immense power to target people for political reasons. i mean, this is the fbi that launched the greatest mass delusion in american political history, the russia hoax. they lied to the fisa court. they doctored evidence admittedly, they confessed to it in order to gain search warrants. now, we learned just a few days ago a top fbi official is escorted from the building
11:10 pm
because those whistleblowers came forward and said this is a guy who opened an investigation of trump in 2020 concealing his political bias and motivations while at the same time he was shutting down one hunter biden investigation and spreading the lie that a laptop was russian disinformation. so americans biden has it wrong. americans are right to be both outraged and sickened by the conduct of top officials at the fbi. >> i agree with you, the rank and file, these are good, honest, honorable people. >> but the rock begins at the top and merrick garland and director wray have done nothing to clean up that cesspool that continues to infect the fbi. and sadly, it seems now they're trying to silence any others from coming forward. what about the line about the clinton standard versus the trump standard? i'll add the sandy berger standard, allena versus
11:11 pm
the trump standard. hillary clinton had top secret classified materials on servers . she destroyed thirty three thousand emails. she came up with a phony russian dossier, disseminated it to the media. the fbi then used to lie to a fisa court on four separate occasions, spying on a candidate for president donald trump and a president donald trump. >> let's not forget that rosen stayed and worked for the fbi, actually had his fisa warrant overturned by a judge because it was based on complete b.s. for lack of better words, i am sick and tired of seeing democrats be treated differently than republicans. the law is the law. you are not supposed to apply it differently for hillary clinton, for anybody who shoves things in their pants, in their sock drawers or decides to have a secret server like hillary clinton and smash her phone. it is a complete double standard. it has to stop or our country is in big trouble. sean, very scary news tonight. this is serious.
11:12 pm
we'll be following it every day . thank you both, alina. thank you. greg jarrett, thank you. also tonight, joe biden used his remarks in pennsylvania earlier today to preview what we can expect at his big primetime address that nobody will be watching thursday. more baseless, vicious political attacks on conservatives. and while joey pretends to care about unity just like he did in his inauguration speech, here's what he said earlier today in pennsylvania. take a look. >> let me say this to my republican friends in congress. don't tell me you support law enforcement. >> if you won't condemn what happened on a 6th, don't tell me for god's sake, whose side are you on ? whose side are you on ? look great on the side of a mob
11:13 pm
,the side of the police, you can't be pro law enforcement and pro insurrection. where was joe in the summer of 2020 one five hundred and seventy four riots broke out and thousands of cops injured, pelted with bricks, rocks, bottles, molotov cocktails, billions in property damage and dozens of dead americans. where was he then? is this a joe biden means when he talks about the battle for the soul of the nation, calling half the nation fascist, letting the far left lunatics in his party set the agenda and standing by silently as far left, democrats used every name in the book to attacks me or besmirch slander. republicans also, who is missing at this event in pennsylvania? where was john fetterman, the senate candidate? well, the lazy bernie sanders socialist trust fund brad that never worked a real job in his life, a guy that likes to look really tough like the average working man. he's got his tattoos, he's got
11:14 pm
his hoodies and he wants nothing to do with biden. he'll for opportunities this weekend to be with joe in the next number of days. it looks like he won't show up once and tonight he said he won't debate. dr. oz, pennsylvania, pay attention now. tonight also ask yourself, where was mr. soul of the nation? joe biden when remarks like this were coming out of the mouths of his colleagues, prominent democrats? joe , where were you then? >> where was your soul of the nation then? take a look. you cannot be civil with a political party that wants to destroy what you stand for, what you care about. do you want to be the side of dr. king or george wallace? driving the side of john lewis or bull connor on the side of abraham lincoln? or jefferson davis? this is a bunch of scumbags. this administration is behaving like a bunch of thugs and gangsters. sadly, the domestic enemies to
11:15 pm
our voting system and our honoring our constitution. all right. at 1600 pennsylvania avenue with their allies in the congress, the republicans don't just threaten our personal rights and economic security. >> they're a threat to our very democracy. joe , joe , that's the soul of your party. you're going to lecture us on the soul of the nation. where's your soul? standing up to your own party extremist. joe , when will we hear you? on thursday. are you going to hold your own party or yourself accountable for any of the massive failures, wide open borders, crippling forty year high of inflation, surging crime in every big city because your pals supported, defund, dismantle, no bail laws, record high gas prices you caused and a farm policy one disaster after another because what we also saw from biden earlier today was yet another election day conversion or election conversion, as we call it, on the issue of policing by is actually now
11:16 pm
trying to pretend that all of a sudden he wants to fund the police, that he stands behind law enforcement. okay, i hope he feels this way when he goes home, gets raided. take a look. when it comes to public safety to this nation, the answer is not defund the police. it's fund the police, fund the police and give them. we expect them to do everything we expect them to be to protect us , to be psychologists and to be sociology. >> we expect you to do everything. i'm not joking. fun law enforcement look at helena's laptop and all the times hunter implicates joe , the big guy and all the money he says he's given to his dad from his foreign business dealings. now, remember, it was biden himself who said in 2020 police have become the enemy. it was his home party that relentlessly attacked law enforcement all through the summer of 2020. here's a quick reminder.
11:17 pm
i'll it up and defunding the police has to happen. we need to defund the police and put that money into social safety net because we're trying to save lives. not only do we need to defund, but we need to dismantle and start a new talking about the reduction of our nypd budget and defunding a six billion dollar nypd budget. oh, yes, i support the defund movement because this is about the investment in our communities which have historically been divested. defund the police does not mean abolish the police. it means a dramatic reduction in the number of police in our poor communities. >> and joe, you might remember soul of the nation. it was your vice president , kamala harris herself who promoted a fund to bail out violent rioters in minneapolis after they burned down that police precinct and by the way ,that same fund bailed out two different rioters who later got charged with murder. so do not for one second believe democrats have any
11:18 pm
intention of actually supporting law enforcement when it comes to most most cases. five hundred seventy four riots. joe was silent. is joe going to talk about that on thursday or kamala harris praising the deep funding of the lapd? of course not. you know, that's all assuming that biden will even be able to deliver a coherent speech because his remarks today sadly once again were filled with bizarre stories and the poor befuddled president of the united states . >> one word salad after another. here's the proof. the place where i used to work was the only white guy that worked as a lifeguard down in that area. the side and you know where you can always tell where the best basketball the state is the best basketball in the city is where everybody shows up. i have two shotguns at home. i it's a long story, but i'm not opposed to guns right now. you can't go out and buy an automatic weapon. you can't ground by a cannon. by the way, how many?
11:19 pm
my dad used to love to hunt in the poconos when we lived in scranton. how many deer bear wearing kevlar vests, huh? >> not a joke. not a joke. come on , man. you know you're a . anyway, here with reaction, leo, to point out to ralph, former white house chief of staff mark meadows. leo, do you even want to respond to the remark about the only white guy in the best basketball players, you know? >> yes, i do, because it's so racist. he's the only white guy basketball, many black people. joe buys it in nineteen fifty five timewarp. his stories are old, outdated. it doesn't make any bit of sense and it's insulting. and what i listen to the whole speech. not once did he mention the summer riots not once. so if joe biden don't come don't get to go on tv and talk about law enforcement when you don't talk about the summer riot, you don't called out blm,
11:20 pm
you don't called out by first and last name. that's and antifa that the torture what this city and this country went through for three years. he didn't mention a word of right. he didn't mention kamala harris. it's the bill for getting criminals out. he didn't mention anything about the wealthy democrat party turning their back on police. and one point let's not forget, bill de blasio took $1 billion out of police funding. and look how new york you look at a democratic city. joe biden didn't touch anything. he thinks we're stupid. no, he doesn't understand. people know what happened the last three years. you know, mark meadows, one thing the democrats can't do this year is run on a track record of success. so they'll focus on january six . they'll lie about the dobbs decision, let states decide on the issue of abortion and they'll demagogue that. and then when all else fails, they'll go to the usual playbook. republicans have racist, sexist, homophobic, blah, blah, blah, they can't run
11:21 pm
on inflation. it's a forty one year high record high gas prices. we have borders now that are wide open because of joe biden. we have one foreign policy failure after another. we have crime in every town , in every city setting record after record . and schools are in the worst shape they've ever been in with the most agenda we've ever had. >> is there anything positive they can run on when there's nothing positive they can run on ? >> john , probably the bigger thing is they can't even run on their last campaign promises. when joe biden was in pennsylvania before, if you'll recall, he was talking about how he was going to stand with the people of pennsylvania on energy and yet he hasn't done that. he's embraced the green new deal. listen, if he was all about law enforcement in this last bill , that he just signed into law, he would have funded eighty seven thousand police officers instead of eighty seven thousand irs agents. it's all about changing a narrative before the election is .
11:22 pm
by the way, how large of a laughable is it, mark? meadows, that he ignored his entire party? their silence in 2020 was deafening. their lies were chilling, mostly peaceful. we had thousands of injured cops, billions in property damage and dozens of dead americans. and he said nothing but his vice president supported a bail fund and praised the lapd funding doesn't sound like he's been very consistent. mark meadows. >> well, he's not being consistent and kamala is not being consistent either. why? because their polls are in the tank and what they're saying is we've got to change the narrative. we've got to get back. but there's two two groups of people who understand that joe biden is just not telling the truth. one is the law enforcement officers that know that many of the republicans had their back when democrats did and the others are all the people in these big cities where crime has just gone crazy. they know that actually those liberal policies are not
11:23 pm
producing good results. last for leo 2.0, it's so clear that he will ignore the democratic city like l.a., like chicago, like philadelphia, it guess what he gets where he's attacking florida, the one state where there is no soft prosecutor, there's no soft on crime mentality. that's where it works. democracy, freedom works in florida. it doesn't work in democratic cities or states . all right. we appreciate both of you, mark meadows. thank you, leo. thank you as always. when we come back , republicans, they are now demanding answers about what the fbi told facebook about zero experience. hunter biden's laptop. congressman james comey is coming up. lara trump coming up and we will vet raphael warnock who praised guess who ? >> the reverend jeremiah wright. straight ahead, by 300 empire

get 15 percent off the brand new wash and free shipping order now atget wash .com. all right. remember last week marka zuckerberg made a prettysh shocking revelation on joe rogan'revelas podcast where he that the fbi came to facebook ahead of the twenty russi twenty election with a warning about, quote, russian disinformationan just beforeeno the hunter biden laptop storyy broke. o whoke. o whistleblowers who have now come forward to e forwo senatork grassley, ron johnson, congressman jim jordan, that in august of 2020 the fbi hatchedad a plan to downplay any negative stories about hunter bidenab by calling them misinformation.o sorm wasatio the fbi's contact with facebook part of the apparent plot to help bidenp get elected now, senators grassley and johnson, they want to know and they've asked zuckerberg for all relevant information about that exchange. facebookzuckerberg for is not ty apparently that thought the laptop was fake.
11:29 pm
you may remember there wereligec more than 50 former intelligence officials with no evidence whatsoever that signedt on to the letter saying it looks like russian disinformation and joe biden r has just appointed one of them, jeremy bash, to his presidential intelligence advisory board. kentucky congressman james comber says that appointment is just part of biden's own pattern of usingg his power to protect his prote family. holmer is the ranking member ocw the house oversight committee. he joins us now. congressmaman,n, thank you. what can you tell us about it? and especially in light of the the revelation about fbihe whistleblowers and the warning coming from the ag's office noto to tal tk to members of congres? >> i thought we praised whistleblowers. prais >> we do praise whistleblowers, especially on the house oversighcially oe t committee. and i can tell you we'reen meeting with dozens of whistleblowers from some oflaw the top law enforcement agencies, not just the fbi, but also border patrol. whist
11:30 pm
bulet one thing that's apparent with these whistleblowers, they fear retaliation ann. whit and it's really sad whenlaw enfo the whistleblowers from our law enforcement community fear being retaliated by this politicized biden administration. ration, so what we've done on the housea oversight committee, along with the judiciaryt we committed on oversight and the energy and commerce committee, we've alsoce requested correspondence between facebook and the fbi as well as between facebook and the democratic national committee because we hav nated pretty good information that lea would lead me to believe thatbi the not only did the fbiom communicate with zuckerbermunic but also the democratic z national committee followed up with zuckerberg afteuce fbr thei gave him that warning. so we believe this was a coordinated effort by thee bie biden campaign to do everything in their ability to facebookto to to censor conservative, especially the biden story, which we now know was 100%know w true. true. correctly that there are dozens of whistleth blowers? can you can you elaborate
11:31 pm
on that from the fbi? because w know well, you know, senator grassley john is a congressman jordan have said from the fbi specificallystlebl dozens of whistlowe blowers fror border patrol, from fbi, from homeland security, we've got a problem with the law enforcement community in this biden administration. i believe they're hopeful that n the republicans will retake the majority and there will finally be oversighicans wt and this administration will finally be held over finally be held they are making at the bordert h and the mistakes they're making with the fbi. know most fbe border andi agentt people. they have pride as they should in their in their agency. but the american people are losing confidence in the fbi quicker thanonfidenc the democrd print money in washington right now. and that's disturbinemg to the up. incredible fbi agents and they're wanting to talk to m to members of congress. and it's very unfortunate that merrick garlanf congred, i'm sue he's found out about this because it's being reported on the news is issued another
11:32 pm
warning to these people whiche goes alongpeople with their feaf retaliation. that means they're telling them to shut upretali and there's h a little hint of intimidation there to remembeinr a policy tht sounds like if you get caught, you'll get fired. congressman, thank you. t we appreciate your staying on the story and kee keep coming on with updates for us . joining us now is fox news contributos r lara trump. i want to specifically talk l about the news tonight. our lead story that is that we have all of thesealking whistleblowers talking aboutan the fbi having been politicized and we're no w looking at dojeaponize that's been weaponized and we now have a clinton standard. we have one hunter biden standard and then we have a trump standard. clu know all about the trump standard probably all too well. what's your reactionat is yo tos development and the ag sending out this note? oh, yeah. if you work for the doj, fbi,, you can't talk to congress. cons i mean, this is really scary stuff, sean.
11:33 pm
you know, people used to say that it was a conspiracy theory, a tin foil hat conspiracy to talk about a . but i think every day we get more and more information clt clear toep stainformation the american people the deep state is real. i mean, you look at thiss week information that we received this week about facebook wais week about facebook and the fbi. this was happening while donalsd trump was president ofyou the united states . you had anhad fbi active worki against the sitting president of the unite d states . their attempt obviously to sway an electioattempn and interferey election has become a very you clear yeah, i hate to disrupt your thoughts here, but remember, there are pollss showing that 80% of americans believe had they been told trump wins this election in 2020 going away and there is a large percentage of people that said they would have voted differently. >> they were successful in>> lar their attempt toa: interfere in
11:34 pm
an election and sway people's i vote . and that is exactly what happened. that was then.ote, and now you cad n see thatappene their tacticd.s have become even bolder. they've become emboldened. i think while e the democrats dm have been in power.oce obviously the latest example is rifling through molineux closet and drawers, which i hear they left in complete disarra disarray, all in the name of apparently national security. a but you see this situation, youh see the way the mainstream media bolsters democrats day see by day. you see what big tech has done continually to conservatives out ther ce and it's no wonder, sean, that a guy was able tor th campaign outat of his basement and miraculously wake upr as president of the united states because of all this.of te bu ut i got to say tohe the american people, thise is serious.on the only way we get our country back at this point is to shed light on this is to expose alllh this corruption. me it comes down to your vote in november. take it seriousl iy.

republicans need to take back the house. we need to tak take be back theac bac senate. we neek cod tont takroe back cof this country because obviously what we've been doing for the past 19 months with the democrats in controlgets is destroying our country and it gets scarier by the day. i think the more we find i was vindicated. i spent nearly three years investigating and withted, our ensemble cast and breaking every story about trump russia collusion being a lie, we've been vindicated on every pointg we've ever made. d and i warned everybody that if we didn't hold those people accountable, it would embolden them to continue this is the continuation that i sadly predicted rightly or trump. thank you.ad we appreciate you being, with us. all right. straight ahead tonight, alherscl wa nowlt ahead tonight, alherscl right. herschel walker now leading in o a poll in georgia and you'll all know why once you hear whatn we have uncovered about hisd opponent, raphael warnock. hint he's a fan of reverendn of jeremiah wright. we'll get reaction from newt gingrich next. straight ahead, what does
