visit baltimore next week. shannon: madeline thank you so much for it now to our interview with the governor democratic governor wes moore. i'll come back to "fox news sunday." we know this is a trying time for you, for the people of baltimore and maryland more broadly. can you tell us anything about where we are in recovering those who are still missing and investing in what happened? the president talked about the need for emergency federal money to flow in there. do you assess eventually others may be held accountable and contribute to what would be a massive rebuild? >> yes, our prayers continue to go out to these families who are just living a nightmare right now. and her prayers going out to the first responders who have been working 24/7 to try to make sure we are giving the closure to the families that they need and they deserve it. and also making sure we can continue to open up this channel. the thing we know there's an

ongoing investigation there needs to be an ongoing investigation as to what happened. i want that investigation to be speedy and for anyone who needs to be held accountable, to be held accountable. at the same time we got to get this channel open. we've got to get commerce and flowing again we've got to rebuild the francis scott key bridge. shannon: a couple notes on the data what happened at the port ask io said it port supports more than 15000 direct jobs more than 13,039,000 indirect jobs generating about $3.3 billion in total personal income. there's a massive impact on your community there. >> it is. it's not just a massive impact on maryland. this is a massive impact on the national economy. we are talking one of the busiest ports inside the entire country. a port that handles more cars, more heavy trucks, more agriculture equipment that any other port inside this country. this is not just impacting maryland this is impacting the farmer in kentucky. it is impacting the auto dealer

in ohio. it is impacting the restaurant in louisiana and in tennessee. this is impacting the entire country. it really does become a national imperative that we can get the port of baltimore up and going again. and the support we are seeing is not because anyone is trying to do maryland a favor. the national economy relies on the port of baltimore being up and running. shannon: a two-part question getting the port open and running at least operational at some point any idea on time and for that? much more long term for getting the bridge rebuilt. >> it is. the whole operation is remarkably complex operation. this is pretty unprecedented. different than what we saw from tampa. different than what we saw from minneapolis and the bridge collapsed because in the situation we have a ship, and a vessel nearly the size of the eiffel tower that is now stuck because the key bridge which is

administration. is this a matter in your estimation publicly talking tough but privately the u.s. is giving ears or what they need and us despite pressure from the left. >> this is a long fight. there is going to be a time will they will need more weapons. there has been prior weapons packages that's given israel aid there's going to need to be more aid given to destroy hamas and by the way we have got to focus on destroying hamas we've got to focus on what are we doing to get these hostages out? why isn't the bite administration doing anything to hold qatar accountable for us going on over here? >> this is from richard goldberg is a former trump administration security official. he says there has long been a need for a moment of choosing where qatar has to decide they are eight u.s. ally not the modern-day swiss banker to the nazis who were going to play all sides.

the ap reporting from his order given the eve of trial is upon us it is without question the eminence he of the risk of harm is paramount to the judge wrote a four page decision with the prosecution's request what they deemed narrowly tailored gag order. jonathan is it narrow? will it survive? >> it's not i've been a critic of gag orders for decades for they do run a foul of free speech. this is like nothing we have ever seen before by these prosecutors and judges the prosecutors waited to bring these cases to shortly before the election for the judges are now pushing to have these trials right up to even through the election. and then you impose a gag order. it creates a perversity it because you have people like michael cohen who's going on the news every night attacking tru trump, arguing against his election. trump cannot under this gag order criticize michael cohen or stormy daniels. he cannot talk about the lead prosecutor from case to case

involving trump for this election is going to turn in a significant part on the weaponization on the legal system. trump is winning on that narrative. they do seep little influence in these cases. they are effectively gagging presidential candidate on one of the chea chief issues in the presidential election. i think there is a major constitutional problems with this. >> is similar to the argument we are down in georgia this week his attorney was arguing that what he was saying about the election and allegations of fraud was all political speech those indictments should never have been brought. at this political speech argument going to work? >> i think the political speech argument is going to have a lot of force. president trump undeniably as a first member right to speak about issues particular issues concerning a presidential election for his leading candidate. he is a constitutional right to defend himself. i agree with professor turley it is a very fine line for judge to walk to try to fashion a gag order that passes constitutional

>> we wish there was a bigger margin per this is tight as a tick as mark said this is going to get even tighter. president obama is probably no different than the rest of us we wish the election were tomorrow we wish we would win we could all have a sigh of relief. but it is hard to say. there are two people in the world and understand what it is like to run for reelection as democrats. bill clinton and barack obama. they are resources they happen to also be friends of these men they've known each other for decades. i think they have insights that can be shared and hopefully for the better. i think joe biden wants them. shannon: there is worry on the gop site is a ticket as well put ap reporting six months before the first or late votes are cast in the general election between trump and abide in trump's or publican party has literal general election infrastructure to speak of. the disparity with the biting campaign is stark. >> is stark and it comes at a time when you have the biting campaign fund raising and having

these really incredible fundraising numbers, to be honest where in campaigning, going to swing states where as s donald trump has essentially been stuck at the courthouse for the most part. that works in a republican primary and did work in the republican primary that galvanized a lot of his support even though he was still the front runner. but i am curious to see how this plays in a general election. i do not know with a lot of independent swing voters are looking at this and wanting to hear about trumps legal issues. they want to hear about the kitchen table issues for the economy, the situation of the southern border, crime it. if trump is able to do both deal with his legal issues and campaign maybe that's a different story. therthere's red flags on both ss and this is a red flag. shannon: let's talk about the economy. how weak, you are an expert in how people message use optics and all the signs out there, xes says this is biden and the democrats of mostly ditch the word like they have stopped using it.

[background sounds] >> london? >> seven ising ripples through all of time. >> i wanted to cast it and find the location. and and the only way you can do that is if you pay for it. so we really weren't -- no studio wanted to support it anyway, they just were like, oh, we'd have to take a risk on romance, but once we made the decision, we were all in. and i truly feel like it was the greatest answer to prayer that god brought with us the most
