strip. off campus, hundreds of people gathered for an aipght israel rally. many were chanting biden, biden you're a liar, free palestinian. but overall it's been mostly peaceful with no major issues or disruptions. morehouse college has a long history of activism. it is martin luther king, jr. all matter here on campus students and alumni are divide on the president's visit. some embraced it and some saw it as a political towngt try to gain more support among black voters. griff. griff: all right. madison thank you very much. let's start with you molly that was getting head shakes i got giggles cackles what was your ?reax >> he flat out lied there when he talked about georgia election laws he has a lot president biden has. he falsely claimed you're not allowed to drink water if you're in line to vote that is not true they did pass a law against bribery in -- on line if you're in line to

[laughter] this is the greatest presidency in the greatest economy, not only of the modern era but in the history of republic. so he's a lot to be thankful for, and i don't blame students for being upset because it is pandering when the president doesn't show up not trying to koobl coalition crumbling before his weak eyes it is not just the black vote but they also a lot of people don't appreciate just being thrown into a convenient bucket being told to vote a certain way when it is convenient for a politician who really has not done that much. for members of the black community, but these are individuals. you know, these are --

ratio griff many economists say it is very high right now. because of inflation goods cost about 20% higher than the day president biden took office. griff. griff: it is not 57% kennedy pointed out but it is indeed lucas tomlinson live from the white house. lucas thank you very much. in tonight "new york times" is laying out the reasons biden is losing in a new op-ed those seven theories polls are wrong it is the media's fault it is a bad time to be incumbent voters are angry about rising prions high interest rates voters think biden is too liberal and voters think he's too old that one is obvious finally in democrats need to redefine trump. you know, molly, i think that ezra klein's piece in "the new york times" may be a wakeup call sobering wakeup call maybe a gift for democrats particular on on some of these points i want to read a quote from ezra's op-ed he says this. the optimistic take is that the bar for biden is low and a

performance will win him unusual amount of support. the pessimistic take is that voters have concluded that biden isn't up to the job democrats have been telling them they're wrong but telling voters they're wrong is a good way to lose an election. what do you make of it? >> i think you remember in 2020 voters were told that if they selected joe biden, then some of the chaos of the trump years would go away. we would have a thriving economy. we would have supposedly a much better foreign policy. everything was going to be great and very moderate. and pretty much from day one about when joe biden took office he's governed with pretty far left policies such as opening the border, wide open, but also we have -- nothing but chaos we have chaos globally. we have gone from relative peace and prosperity during trump years to just global conflict everywhere and -- problems everywhere and people remember how great the economy was under trump and they're very frustrated with what things are now.

so i don't think that -- there's much option for what to do because there aren't moderate sitting on the sideline qhok say no trust us this time if you elect this person, who is more moderate we'll do what we said we were going to do in 2020. >> kennedy if we had to bet a beer tonight -- >> gluten free -- >> ipa thank you very much. if you have to peg one reason why biden might lose assuming he loses, what do you think it will be? will it be the age will it be the democrats where too much into poll denial or something else? kennedy: poll denial isn't working for thed aings administration age against us father times undefeated and he hasn't been doing joe biden any favors. i don't think they can juice him up enough for these debates and i know we're going to talk about the debates in a little bit. but it is very interesting how ezra klein sort of laid out priorities of voters because you know, it is like -- the democrats don't need to

redefine donald trump. like, they've tried to do it through law fair and that is failing them. like he's been stuck in a courtroom for three weeks and people are -- still like yeah. you know what it's a better option for me than, you know, these horrible progressive cities which are being run into the ground they're uninhabitable people are leaving in droves and a stinky rotten egg so voters know exactly what they're doing they don't have to be told that pollsters are doing it wrong and people answering the phone aren't lying. >> what about if things go down the road could he be replaced on the ticket? now former ohio governor john kasich ran on the republican ticket had this to say. >> i'm starting to wonder if there's a real possibility that joe biden will not be the democrat nominee. i'm starting to wonder about it. >> governor where is this coming

from? >> it comes from the fact that i have talked to a lot of people, and i see what these numbers are like jose. i mean, you had a -- poll that polled jaira poll not only could he not fix the economy and trump way ahead of him but they said they're not sure he's as competent, in fact, that the economy is not turning the fact that people are saying this is a terrible economy for them. the fact that they have said they don't have any confidence that joe biden can fix it. his public appearances have not been very good and now they've agreed to two debate which is is out there as you can get. i'm starting to wonder -- >> see how debates go tom i fell give you the last word do you think democrats might actually replace biden on the ticket? tom: yeah it is pretty dire i think he's the kind of -- there's nobody there like in baseball -- you know, everybody thinks they can, they can ride out the game. pitcher says no, lead me in

♪ ♪ won't go breaking your heart welcome become to the big weekend show tonight we have all of the debate drama you need rfk jr. says he should be on the stage with biden and trump. watch. >> sort of key piece of, key criteria is at every candidate has to have, be on the ballot in an enough states to get 270 electoral votes by june 20th and we will be -- we will qualify for that. i qualify for the debates. they have now -- i think they don't want to talk about the issues that neither president trump or president biden are comfortable talking about. both of these candidates a, they want to end polarization but they have no way to do that. they're actually feeding into it. >> well then there's trump's new call for drug testing before the debates this is going to get

[applause] we're going call for drug test. >> test hunter, test the dog, test the everybody. so what does rfk jr. think about drug testing? >> should president biden take a drug test before the debate? >> i think he should have to debate. i don't think it is good for democracy if we don't have presidential debates. and i think that the candidates ought to debate. >> so you don't want to touch that you're not going to touch that in terms of a drug test? >> no i'm not going to go there but i want them on the debate stage. >> sounds like someone might be microdosing desire for power. so -- griff, president biden is painting himself to be incredibly brave by agreeing to two debates instead of the

normal three. and it feels like these two presumptive nominees have circumvented presidential debate what is do you make of this? >> if i was on that commission i would be pissed off and you have a good point when he did that video like make my day i'll even do two. that's the minimum because he doesn't want three or four -- and i think you know, when you look at rfk jr., people discounted hill early on. but he stayed in there and he's a very specific sort of platform. trump paipghts him as a radical because of his climate change positions and stuff. a lot of libertarians attracted to him because he ain't going to get that covid shot and that won some people over from various corners that might not be attracted to a candidate like that so as a voter just putting on my citizen griff voter hat, i would like to see him many debates he's making a pretty valid pongt saying i look at cnn polling threshold i'm going to be on ballots maybe he ought to

be in the first one to see how it goes as far as the commission goes -- i -- i don't know how they get it back. i think that train is left the station. i don't think they can rope him in. >> a lot of protest voters here who want to see rfk jr. on that stage to see how is he going press these two candidates. how is he going to press the establishment because that's a lot more attractive to people now than it was in 2020. >> absolutely the presidential debate commission has been doing a horrible job with debates for a long time. they've picked horrible topics horrible moderators, they basically and timing of them has been all off so i don't think they need any defense. but doing these debates really early was joe biden's way of keeping rfk jr. off the debate stage because he was going to qualify. in time for him to be included in these debates. and you know, you can see where both trump and biden don't want him particularly biden hinge he reasonably thinks he would poll from voters and people are both parties are looking for options other than who their nominees are going to be but it seems

bad. he's done enough work presented enough ideas those aren't my ideas but would be nice to see him only stage as well. kennedy: it is interesting because rfk jr. is the kind of candidate who appeals to nonpolitical people the way the education -- to nonpolitical voters in virginia. so people who are kind of waking up to the idea that the economy still sucks for them they don't have as many choices as they did under president trump. but maybe they don't like trump. tom: yeah. kennedy: finally going to see a third party candidate. tom: it would help a third but a fourth and a fifth. serious about that. when you look at european elections in european parties, major if you had that style here. if you had the moderate democrats you have the socialists democrats maga republicans then you've got the neocon and libertarians. maga will do very well in that and 40% of the country is going to stay maga and then the democratic party can finally get its act together if they would

socialist the people who right now they have to address all of these -- palestinian activist. if they were a smaller, stronger party they wouldn't be getting sidetracked by protest because they would say protesters go somewhere else i don't care. they would go for their voters they would go for their base. that's the game that trump is playing. he's playing the -- playing to his base and he's playing to -- middle america. i think that if we had -- multiple parties in this if we had a third party candidate and he ran well and attracted people and people came that, you know, first time voters to vote for kennedy, i think that would be great an high time we have many parties in this country. kennedy: i agree and i think we have to look at something like ranked choice voting. so there are -- tom: like you -- molly: rank choice voting confusing at first but realize what it does and offers better choices an forces candidates to instead of just otherring people that they're opposed to reaching

tonight from los angeles. >> this apology seems like quite the reversal for sean diddy combs last november cassie ventura filed a lawsuit against him accusing him of subjecting her to a horrific cycle of abuse and sex trafficking. but combs strongly denied those allegations. well now the music mogul is publicly apologizing for the violence in this surveillance video of march of 2016 footage obtained exclusively by cnn combs dressed in a towel and brutally beats then girlfriend cassie ventura at the continental hotel in l.a. and two day after this disturbing video went viral. >> i was [bleep] up. i mean i had rock bottom -- but i made no executions. my behavior on that video is inexcusable. i take full responsibility for my actions in that video. i was disgusted then when i did it i'm disgusted now. this disturbing distinct

millions of dollars a year going into his coughers and that dried up overnight. that's when people started quitting in droves. i think there are people around him who have known for a long time he's capable of this kind of abuse. so it makes you wonder what else do the feds have on him and will that lead to an indictment because this is about as damming a behavior as you can find. >> what do you think about why is it coming out now tom, and what did you think of this apology there were a lot of rumors about this behavior for a long period of time. what do you make of it? tom: i think from whey understand he knew about this video because he tried to get the -- rights to it or paid for it or something. >> yeah. so he thought that he had the video and it was underwraps but thing is, the video never underwraps. video will always come out so he went ahead and denied this even though he knew there was videotape of it that could eventually come. he should have admitted it a long time ago. also, obviously, i don't think much of his apology and it

is in new york city tonight. >> hi griff well as the trial winds down the question now is whether former president donald trump's team will put up a defense. trump lawyers certainly don't have to. burden is on the prosecution to prove to a jury that trump is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt so they have to decide whether they were the prosecution key witness and former president trump's ex-lawyer michael cohen who testified that it was trump who approved plans to suppress negative stories and an effort to protect trump's 2016 presidential campaign. cohen testified, quote, everything required mr. trump's signoff. end quote, the defense, though, has argued trump was trying to protect his family and not his campaign. during cross-examination, trump's attorney todd blanche worked to undermine cohen credibility. blanche highlighted lies cohen has told under oath in the past. he also tried to accuse cohen of lying again during his witness

testimony for this trial. arguing that cohen lied about having a phone call with trump over the stormy daniels payment. blanche pointed to text challenging cohen that phone call was instead what trump body guard to discuss harassing phone calls cohen has been receiving. to that point, cohen maintained he spoke with both the body guard and trump and the same phone call. court resumes tomorrow at 9:30 a.m. local time. court was not in session on friday so forminger president could attend his son's high school graduation. and this means that jurors will have had a long weekend to ruminate on the cross-examination thus far. griff. griff: you can catch it all here on fox news, now to this. friendly fire courtesy of senator john fetterman over bad behavior in congress. >> i do have a point of order and i would like to move to take down ms. greene's words. that is absolutely unacceptable. how dare you -- attest physical appearance of another person. >> are your feelings hurt? >> her words down.
