the threat specifically mentioned something happening tomorrow. the principal of the while has sent an e-mail home to the parents telling them about the threat and precautions are taken on campus. according to the the press, the threat was spray painted on a bat room wall and there is picture on social media and rumors but the principal assures students and families that additional police presence will be on campus for the rest of the week. he is asking for any students who have information about who did this to come forward and report it. they can do that anonymously. >> a morgan hill preschool teacher will appear in court on charge of trying to give drinks placed with sleeping pills to toddlers. police arrested the 59-year-old woman for felony charge endanger

ment. on friday someone at the academy day care saw her spiking children's drink cups with an unknown substance. when confronted she said it was an over-the-counter adult sleeping aid. the administrators fired her and called police and say no child drank from the truck. >> parents are not satisfied with the explanation of an incident where a teacher tied up a two-year old who refused to take a nap at preschool. parents drove off after the meeting with officials at the church in pleasanton. the elders provided a letter from the state revealing the name of the former teacher who resigned in january and now is the subject of a police investigation. the incident came to light when she show add photo of the bound child to the girl's mom at a social gathering. >> i am more upset they could not get more information. we realized we disappointed some by not providing more

information than we are legally allowed to provide. >> this looks to be isolated. there is no evidence that leads us to believe this is anything else going on. >> police are trying to determine what crime has been committed. the school director resigned but officials would not discuss a reason. >> we have new details of a santa clara man accused of threatening a state senator. the 45-year-old is accused of e-mailing a death threat to him over the san francisco lawmaker 's push for tighter gun control. the e-mail was unsealed by the court and reads "i have 39 confirmed kills in afghanistan. don't make me get to 40." he misspelled the word "afghanistan." in february three assault weapons were found and detonated numerous explosive materials at the house and he faces ten felony accounts. the senator said the threats have had no impact on the gun

>> saab -- santa clara, east bay, and all the bay area, this is abc7 news. >> good wednesday morning at 4:42 a.m. a live look from the rooftop camera and the ferry building. we will tell you where the fog is and look at traffic and weather. >> more news. in mountain view residents concerned about cancer causing vapors seeping into a neighborhood. residents yesterday across highway 101 received a mailer from the environmental protection agency warning of the possibility of the vapor. people living near the intel building knew a toxic plume had contaminateed their ground water with a vapor that can cause cancer and birth defects. the epa has been monitoring the contamination since the 1980's but in november they found high levels of tce west of the border
