they were served with eviction notice. there are curriculum in various medical years. an actor then for his role on "the shield," has been booked on homicide after he shot and killed his wife in southern california. the police took the actor into custody last night. this is the video. the shooting happened in the hyde park neighborhood of los angeles and the rim is identified as his wife, april. no word this or on what led up to the shooting. >> we are learning details of the psychiatric evaluation of oscar pistorius in south africa. the judge in the trial announced today that he must show up to a hospital at 9:00 a.m. each day and undergo an evacuation by a panel of four experts. psychiatrist testified he has anxiety disorder which may have led him to shoot and kill his girlfriend, reeva steenkamp.

police say a woman was walking with a three-year-old and a six-year-old on murphy avenue on may 12th. a man approached them. he asked them if they wanted to see some dragons. he pulled his shores up, exposing tattoos of dragons on his thighs and exposing himself in the process. he is in his late 50's or early 60's and 5' 10" with thin build and shaggy hair. >> a contractor face as fine for safety violation at the site of a massive construction fire in san francisco's mission bay. petaluma-based t.c. steel was doing hot work at the site when a fire two months ago destroyed an apartment complex. they must pay $1,000 no one for violating code for containing sparks. a spark is believed to likely have started the massive fire. >> a catholic school in san

in spring lake boulevard in san leandro. authorities say the 18-year-old brittney silva crossed the tracks next to her home routinely. the senior was distracted because she had a cell phone to her ear. witnesses yelled to want her but she could not hear them. katie marzullo is following the story with more at the top of the hour. >> oakland police are investigating the murder of a man sitting in his car on international boulevard near 26th avenue last night. police say the man was killed when someone in another vehicle drove up and shot him. so far there is no word on a motive. the suspect is still loose. this is oakland's 31st homicide. >> a mother accused of grabbing a boy by the neck for bullying her daughter insists she did not touch the boy the 30-year-old faces a charge of felony child abuse. it happened on friday at olivet charter elementary school in
