former mayor of winter for who resigned following allegations of sexual assault. several of the women accusing dominic spoke out as santa rosa today. they blasted a recent decision to suspend the criminal investigation. prosecutors said they do not have the evidence to file charges. lawyers want to know what the accounts of 15 women are not enough to bring about charges and plan to continue their case in civil court. >> the problem is twofold, women, minors and man will not feel safe because justice is never served. a sex predator will continue to live free. >> we reached out to his attorney for a response and have not heard back. he has denied all allegations.

a battle is brewing over a protected bike lane. merchants say it is bad for business and one is taking the stand. his family owns the yasmin restaurant and mission sf. he is going on a hunger strike to call attention on the likely runs up the center of the street. it is part of a pilot project to protect cyclists but he says the lane eliminated street parking and claims it is to blame for five businesses closing in the last week. >> there are no more customers that come here, there is no parking. customers ask me what to do and it is frustrating. it is a huge loss of business. >> a statement they said they are working with is mrs. on the street and they plan to continue to collaborate on solutions that protect both is mrs. and cyclists. a self a neighborhood says

a growing encampment has been putting their health and safety at risk for more than a year. after our reporting the mayor and community leaders are taking action. natalie joined the mayor and his team as they canvassed willow street today. a story you will only see on nbc bay area news. >> reporter: san jose city leaders want to hear from businesses and neighbors on willow street. >> we got a lot of complaints about the encampment from the small business owners and residents. >> reporter: we have been reporting on the complaint for over a year. neighbors say they are seeing human speech feces on the streets, vandalism and burglary. they said it has gotten worse over the last few years. for street vendors like i need a, she says they are constantly worried about being robbed or

o.j. simpson continues to cause controversy even after his death. his will was filed yesterday naming his longtime lawyer as executor of the state. he says he will work to prevent the court ordered payout of 33 1/2 million to the families of nicole brown simpson and ron goldman. the civil grand jury awarded the judgment three decades ago in a wrongful death lawsuit filed by the families. simpson died yesterday without paying most of the amount. the executor says specifically he does not want the goldman family to see any money. the assets are set to go through a court process. a san francisco artist says the art at the city's new downtown foothold seems familiar. he does not think it is a accident.

we caught up with the artist who says he is disappointed and planning to take action. >> i tried to strip down to the core elements. >> reporter: it is a concept and design the san francisco artist has been working on for more than a decade. he has called it making faces. his technique includes bold lines and soft edges. he says he was blindsided when friends started onboarding him of photos of the branding at san francisco's new downtown food hall opened by the operator of the ikea next door. >> it looked exactly like something i would do or have done, for the new yorker for example. >> reporter: he says these are designed he is widely known for. he plans on taking legal action. we spoke with larry townsend, he says artist can make a

festival. mostly overcast and mid 50s but no rain out there. for the game at paypal park, cold in the 50s and wind speeds will be calm compared to today. the seats should not be wet for you to go out and support the ladies. slightly warmer tomorrow, temperatures in the 50s and 60s but i monday the sunshine starts to mix in. the motivation to get the work week started to see upper 60s in parts of the east bay. we have even warmer weather on the way as we start to build a ridge of high pressure toward the middle of the week. 70s and 80s return for the inland valleys and we cruise for the rest of the week like this and we get more of a summer pattern where the fog rolls in as we take it into friday and taking even longer

a memorable saturday for 150 children in san francisco who were surprised by brand-new bikes. this is video, the rotary club of s.f. organized it. volunteers tilt the bikes this morning and they handed it out this afternoon to elementary school children. it is one of the most impactful and delicious events of the year, the 15th annual cabernet cookoff at hall wines.
