this morning. the dow is doing better, it is up 11 points right now even though we did see some negative housing news come out. markets were closed yesterday because of christmas. friday was a very good day. we are wavering with the dow. leading a economists say the economy will grow faster in 2012 if we are not for knocked off track by the debt crisis in europe. if unemployment will barely fall from the current percentage. this year, the economy likely grows less than 2%.

into a fatal fire and san leandro. the woman who died has been identified. she was killed along with her two dogs in the fire. the smoke was pouring from the roof when firefighters got tariff. officials say there were smoke alarms in the home but they were not functioning. >>darya: a two year-old boy is dead after being hit by a car in a driveway in antioch. it was a relative who killed the boy. the boys fell behind the car in the driveway around 130 yesterday afternoon. their relatives accidentally ran him over. he was taken to the hospital and pronounced dead. investigators say it appears to be just a tragic accident. >>darya: the family of two girls who say they were molested sent by an aide are now suing the day care facility. they say in
