about, oh, 6 degrees cooler with that drier, cooler fall like air mass building on in. so that's going to set up shop for the neck few days. we have some some clouds rolling in from the south but we'll keep things dry on storm scan3. no worries as far as wet weather goes for tomorrow morning but look at the temperatures. 50s to low 60s for your monday morning item which ares. a pleasant afternoon. sunshine and clouds. 78 for the high in philadelphia. mid 70s at the shore. could be a stray shower and beautiful in the poconos in the low 70s we'll talk about how long the comfortable temperatures coming up in seven day forecast in just a to you minutes. >> natasha. >> thank you justin new at 11:00 o'clock tonight a mentally challenged man attacked and all of it is captured on tape and tonight two teenaged boys are under arrest and "eyewitness news" reporter noel mcclaren tells us there could be even more arrests to come. >> reporter: police say they have arrested 13 and a 14 year old boy in connection to the abuse of a mentally disable man. his friends and family tell us that social media helped aid in

the investigation. >> heave me alone? stop! >> mentally disabled plan pleads with a group of teens in newark to stop beating him. but in a video that is difficult to watch, the 26 year old is slammed to the ground. smacked and shouted at. the video has gone viral on instagram. one of the teens who was in the videos told us he helped file report. he didn't want to reveal his identity for fear of retaliati retaliation. >> the right thing was to actually call the cops because if you beat a mentally dissable person you should be locked away for good. >> reporter: his family tells "eyewitness news" the video made them speechless. >> it's more than disgusting. there's no words to describe what they did. >> i think they were bullies to be beating on people like that. >> reporter: this little sister winter says he suffers from a development mental disorder called williams syndrome that hasn't inhibited him from being a helpful big brother. >> he takes me to the bus stop.

>> he's trusted the group of teens to be his friends and that he suffering emotional along with his physical trauma. >> he's not doing too good. one, he's ashamed of it happening. he's embarrassed. >> police tell us they are still conducting interviews and that even more arrests are possible. in new castle, noel mcclaren, cbs-3 "eyewitness news". >> a shooting in kingsessing it leaves a man dead and another fighting for his life. 30 year old ben cook was pronounced dead inside his home on the 5300 block of angora terrace. an unidentified 24 year old man was shot in the chest and suffered a graze wound to his head. leaving him in critical condition. so far no arrests just yet. >> and philadelphia police meantime looking for two suspects in connection with the sighting of a man in fair hill. the vick testimony was shot three times in the head while standing at north american and west ontario streets just after 10:00 o'clock last night. he's listed in extremely critical condition right now. and an suv collides with a

police cruiser. sending an officer to the hospital. this was the scene just after 11:00 this morning at broad and packer in south philly. the first district officer is in stable condition. no one in the other vehicle was injured. an investigation is underway. so far no charges have been filed. >> now we are getting a first look at the image that will certainly forever be linked to the upcoming performed world meeting of family her in philadelphia. the portrait of the holy family was unveiled during a 6:30 p.m. mass at cathedral basilica of saints peter and paul. students from schools across the archdiocese were among the many in attendance. catholics praye prayed that thee will be able to attend the meeting. >> it's going to be a great event for the city. especially for lot of young adult catholics very excited about pope francis it will be great way to rejuvenate the church. >> it will bring hope. it's going to be history. i am so excited. i really happy. it bring me peace.

fans lined up across the street to say goodbye. >> i just wanted to come out and support her. >> i followed her for years and fell apart when she died. >> i love her just like everyone does and i wanted to pay my respects. >> twitter exploded with cone dole lenses and well wishes for rivers and her family. new york city gay men's chorus which performed at the service posted a past photo with the comedian. entertainment tonight's brook anderson tweeted the event which featured a red carpet down the item polls aisle. >> it was joan all the way. the sanctuary is filled with white orchids. you can see the altar. because there's so many flowers. she planned every step of it. >> rivers died in the hospital last week after suffering cardiac arrest during an elective throat procedure. the state health department is investigating whether there was malpractice by her doctors. they're not current al criminal investigation underway. of course, stay with "eyewitness news" as new details emerge in the death of joan rivers.

the end of the week we start to bring back the heat and humidity a little bit. a little something for everyone this week if you like fall weather you'll like the next few days. let's see what's happening outside right now. not whole lot. clouds are starting to stem and in. we're in the expecting rain through the overnight hours into your monday. take live look at the ben franklin bridge overall just a pleasant night all across the delaware valley. open up the windows enjoy the refreshing air outside with temperatures still in the low 70s. 60s in many suburbs. the cool down is here finally coming off high temperature yesterday of 93 degrees. very hugh my which helped fuel those strong to severe thunderstorm. the cold front came through. today's high 83 degrees. average high is 81 but look what happens. monday and tuesday, we go below average, high temperatures struggle to get to the mid and upper 70s. but we will be talking about some rain chances as well. 71 at airport. 68 in wilmington. 58 in mount pocono. that cooler flow is coming in with that northerly wind and

tomorrow the wind shifts from the east. it's coming in off the session ocean. the arrows are pointing out to the west. that means an easterly breeze near the shore. and delaware beaches but again that on shore flow keeps our temperatures below average with some clouds. same deal on tuesday. east to northeast wind will continue on the weren't dee side at the jersey shore again inland spots breezy as well. again with the clouds chances for showers on shore wind expect highs to struggle to get to the mid 70s. patchy clouds moving through the delaware valley right now clearer up towards the poconos. high pressure dominating much of new england so that keeps any rain from developing yet. and eventually wee see a low pressure system track up along the old front that came through early this morning. it could come close enough to bring us a few showers of showers from philadelphia south and east on tuesday. tomorrow looking dry, partly sunny skies, upper 70s at best for the high temperatures. there's that area of high pressure keeping us dry. that moves out of here for tuesday. they're the next low pressure

system looks like the tracks close enough to bring showers especially across south jersey and delaware. some of those could reach into philadelphia. highs on tuesday in the mid 70s. then that storm leaves on wednesday. we're back to some sunshine. we get to near 80 degrees so back to near average by the middle of the week. let's time things out for you tomorrow morning the commute looks good. some sunshine and clouds we'll keep it dry the same story throughout the afternoon. so the evening commute looks good. it's a tuesday more clouds move in. we could see showers developing asocial spellly in south jersey and delaware as that storm system passes offshore but again close enough to bring wet weather. and then by wednesday we're back to metally sunny conditions for the afternoon. that helps to warm the temperatures back up. lock at tomorrow's highs. mid to late afternoon we're struggling to get to the mid and upper 70s for even the inland spots. it will be cooler at the jersey shore and delaware beaches with that wind off the water. even cooler on tuesday. because of the clouds. and some shower chances. look a the that. philadelphia struggling to get to the low to mid 70s once again.

the story will be that on shore flow. it's cool for now. the reason also the jet stream taking a little bit of a dive southward for monday and tuesday but watch what happens. by the end of the week into thursday, it starts to move back north. so we see that return for some heat and humidity arriving on thursday. until then it's comfortable a few clouds, 63 for the low tonight. 50s in many suburbs. a pleasant monday, parly sunny with a high of 78 degrees. here the extended forecast. 75 on tuesday. mostly cloudy with a chance of a if you showers. we're back up to 80 on wednesday with more sunshine. thursday that's the warm day. warm and humid with a high of 86 degrees. there could be a late day shower or thunderstorm as cold front moves through. once that front passes we clear it out again and it looks nice no next weekend drop the humidity temperatures back into the 70s. >> very nice. >> okay. >> football weather. >> football weather. great day for game. i was a little nervous beas early on. >> very nervous. >> we all were. >> just little. >> what in the world is going on? they won the game but it
