developing now.. a secret service agent is under intense scrutiny this morning, after saying she wouldn't take a bullet for the president. according to c-n-n, in october agent kerry o'grady published a facebook post in which she said quote "i would take jail time over a bullet or an endorsement for what i believe to be disaster to this country." o'grady told reporters she took down the post after a few days. those posts were made public yesterday in an article by the washington examiner. the secret service says they will take appropriate action we're following breaking news in somalia.. multiple gunman - storming their way into a hotel in the capital city of mogadishu after setting off a car bomb at it's gates. at least 6 people were killed and four others injured. dozens of people including lawmakers are believed to have been staying at the hotel. right now - heavy gunfire can still be heard inside. somalia's islamic extremist group al-shabab has claimed responsibility for the attack. right now.. fairfax county police are looking for a hit and run driver. police say around nine last night, a car hit a pedestrian nea

green berry and evergreen lanes in annandale. the driver took off after the accident. the victim as taken to the hospital in critical condition. so far, police have not released a description of the vehicle. also happening now - a search for a gunman in prince george's county. yesterday morning - a woman was shot at a school bus stop in oxon hill - in front of young children. the victim is still being treated at the hospital -but no word on her condition. police have released this picture of the suspect. his name is roland simms. police are searching for him right now. he's considered armed and dangerous. investigators believe the shooting was tied to a domestic situation. swiping right on a baby? coming up - the adoption app sparking controversy plus - a tweet, costing one local school employee her job, and now frederick county is making a change. the new school social media rules, still ahead.

tweet she sent. the school system has now updated it's social media guidelines. on january fifth - a student tweeted this to the f-c-p-s account, asking that schools be closed because of weather. katie nash, who ran the account, responded, "but then how would you learn how to spell tomorrow?'" she was fired a week later. the school's guidelines now include a note that social media messages shouldn't be quote "mocking, disrespectful, rude, mean or dismissive." a proposed new app sparking controversy. get this, a proposed app is receiving

phone hack is being charged 65-thousand dollars for international calls. david chamowitz says someone hacked into his law firm's phone lines, and called serbia and algeria. an email from verizon's fraud department shows someone made 195 calls in just 45 minutes. chamowitz says he won't pay the 65-thousand dollars. he plans to report the crime to the f-b-i. he says he changed his password after the first hack, but was targeted a

night. the executive orders help move forward the keystone x-l pipeline, which obama killed in 20-15 and the dakota access pipeline that was stalled just last month. the move is certain to re-ignite a battle with environmental and native american groups. and the president - also taking aim at environment regulations and the e-p-a. trump issued a media blackout for the agency. but one group wasn't going down without a fight. minutes after trump banned environement protection agency employees from using social media or communicationg with reporters, the twitter account for badlands national park in south dakota went rogue. the park's offcial account sent out three tweets with climate change statistics. the messages were deleted a few hours later. in a statement, the national park service said the tweets were posted by a former employee who still had access to the account. this isn't the first time an account has gone against the trump team message. on friday, the main national park service retweeted messages that compared the crowd sizes at barack obama's 2009 inauguration to donald trump's

planning a crack down on immigration today, the newly-elected commander in chief will unveil

the issue, in an effort to increase national security. the actions will reportedly include a familiar campain promise - the construction of a wall along the southern u-s/mexico border. california governor jerry brown is promising to defend his state's laws on immigration and fight any moves by the trump administration. trump is expected to direct federal funds to build the wall. another one of the orders is expected to suspend immigration from many middle eastern countries. new documents are giving a clearer picture of the white house's 1-trillion dollar infrastructure plan. we've learned the plan could boost 3-projects in the area. 250-million dollars would go to rebuilding memorial bridge. while five point six billion will be used to fund the purple line. lastly --- eight point seven billion dollars will go to upgrading union a

missing woman from virginia beach.. and her two children. police believe the three are in danger. the last time family and friends heard from monica bogart lamping and her children was on saturday. they say she went on a blind date with a man named chad. on sunday, monica's house was destroyed in a fire. no one was home, but two pets were killed. authorities say a space heater caused the fire.

family's disappearance is suspicious. they've issued a missing and endangered alert. right now.. fairfax county police are looking for a hit and run driver. police say around nine last night, a car hit a pedestrian near the intersection of green berry and evergreen lanes in annandale. the driver took off after the accident. the victim as taken to the hospital in critical condition. so far, police have not released a description of the vehicle. and in montgomery county - a search least one person in connection with a home invasion and kidnapping in olney. it happened late monday night at a home on marksman circle. the victims say at least two men in ski masks had guns - and forced themselves inside. they took off with cash - and then made one of the victims drive to another home to get more money. police have one person in custody - but are looking for at least one more suspect.
