and she joins us now at state police barracks in king of prussia, good morning. >> reporter: good morning. we are awaiting an update from police and more information from them surrounding the circumstances, in this accident that happened early this morning on the pennsylvania turnpike in montgomery county. four people were injured, one person was killed, police are saying they were all young adults and all in the car that got in the accident with a tractor trailer. as we look at this video you can see the scene where this happen. "eyewitness news" was there as emergency personnel transported injured to nearby hospitals, the the accident happened on the pennsylvania turnpike, westbound , between fort washington and norristown in white marsh montgomery county. police say five young adults were in that car around 12:30 last night and somehow there was an accident involving a car and that tractor trailer. a helicopter was requested but all were grounded due to the weather late last night, four people were transport ed on the ground to abington hospital in serious condition, they remain there this

morning. one person was taken to einstein montgomery in critical condition and again one person has died. police are not saying how this accident happened and they are in the releasing names or the people injured at this time, the investigation continues. meanwhile that stretch of highway on pennsylvania turnpike where this accident happened has reopened. reporting live at state police barracks in king of prussia, jane carabao for "eyewitness news" at cw philly. coming up on, 8:01, lets get traffic and weather together. >> we are still tracking a storm system really pummeling new england right now. that is where we will turn our focus to start off. what we are looking at here is seeing through rain drops a few of fenway park in boston. obviously shut down for the day, 48 degrees with a pretty variable wind. we have just seen the wind into the 20's just a minor to ago but rain continues to fall in boston as well as much of the rest of massachusetts.

he wanted to apply early and deadline is november 1st. he took act exam on september 13th at upper darby high school. weeks went by with you no scores came. >> not only was it nerve racking but agitating. >> we were expecting results soon. >> reporter: that same waiting game was being played by jonathan, whose daughter took the test the same chaos eli a she never got her scores either. he said the response from ac t didn't help. >> he said there was 1 percent who still had in the been graded. they didn't say whether they were lost. >> reporter: what exactly happened here? we asked october officials. they say they know the the test made it from the high school to a local post office but from there it is anyone's guess. officials say they never received the exams at their headquarters in iowa. a company spokesmen says officials knew of the problem for weeks but chose mountain to release the information. they hope that the test would still show up, and didn't want to cause a panic. but eli says he would have sign up for another test had he known of a problem. he hopes the university of

will flip flop, go back to three lanes on the westbound side and then, the the eastbound lanes will open up. so in the morning we have westbound side, and in the afternoon we have the eastbound side but path companies has been restored to the normal schedule, finally but on weekend they may go back down to single tracking as they continue to work on that construction. as we take a look at speed sensors, five on the schuylkill, 11 on i-95, 15 on 476. it doesn't need explaining. we're delayed in all of the usual spots. watch out for this accident in new jersey. 295 northbound at 206, causing a major delay. erika? >> all right. thank you, torey. eyewitness iteam is asking questions about this high speed right through the streets of philadelphia, it lasted for hours. dirt bike and atv riders, sipped pad pedestrians performing stunts and weaving through traffic following funeral of the fellow riders. but many are asking why weren't they stopped. police department officials say they kept a close eye on the bikers, but when they left the the funeral the department ruled out any pursuit, siting public safety.

showers out there, right now and as time goes on, that wet weather will deminute fresh south to north so that by tonight we are left with cloud cover. vittoria. >> thanks very much. >> good morning, everybody. as you will notice schuylkill expressways i jammed packed. that is the store which all of the major right now. even in new jersey traveling on the 42 freeway, 295, we are seeing major hold ups. lets talk about the schuylkill. traveling westbound, that would be here approaching the area of the roosevelt boulevard. you are jam not only around this part here, not too far from center city but as well within your western suburbs. as we move to i-95, 95 southbound also still slow going out of the northeast down through the vine. you will find delays in delaware county on i-95, travel around 476, specifically southbound, and then once you get your way around the commodore barry bridge we have delays northbound as well. six is your average on the schuylkill. major problems there specifically around the roosevelt boulevard. it is affecting the southbound side of the roosevelt boulevard and look at the pennsylvania turnpike, starting in bucks county all the way down to mid county affecting southbound 476, you
