we have a confidential story in ohio, teen convict of killing three classmates has been captured after escaping from prison. tj lane escaped last night

with two other inmates. lane was on the run for hours before finally being captured around 1:00 this morning. he is serving three life sentences for school shooting. officials say the community's safety was their top priority while lane was free. >> contacted the victim families of the school shooting, school officials and other local law enforcement and insured the safety of our county residents. >> classes have been canceled at schools in the county but the the buildings remain open for counseling services. one other inmate was caught soon after the the escape, however, a third inmate right new remains on the loose. massachusetts police fine bodies of three infants inside a house with deplorable living conditions. police arrested with man living there. they say it is the same home as a matter on have fact four other kids were removed last month because of filthy living conditions. >> they came out with two babies, that we had never seen

d.a.'s office wanted bail going from 250 to $350,000, the the judge reduced it down to $10,000. he denied that request and denied upping the charge toes first degree assault. so judge probably doing a little growthing this morning and d.a.'s office thanks the daily news reporter for letting them know that this second video was out there and says that they will review it closely and proceed accordingly. the next scheduled court date for tanner is september 25th. no comment yet from the rangers bosses over at city hall who will not be happy hearing him use profanity and n word out in public and in uniform while on duty right across the street from city hall, plus, not knowing now, what they or knowing now what they didn't know then that he did fight back. remember his original statement to police and prosecutor was i didn't fight back because i was afraid of losing my job if i thought. what is his job stack ? we don't know. we will find out whether we
