Torrent seems to be the only bulk version that works and is limited to up to S6E39 which is roughly 248 episodes or so.
H.264 seems to be the most complete, but the link gives the following error: "total size of requested files (84 GB) is too large for zip-on-the-fly"
Attempting to Single download one in H.264 also only opens the file and does not download it at all.
MKV (Motroska) seems to work but file sizes are massively larger than mp4 in some cases near 10x the size

I think we can all agree that the more backups of Classic Doctor Who that exist, the better! Especially because it is almost impossible to find a complete collection of the existing episodes, and not everyone can afford to subscribe to streaming services for the sake of one show. Thank you so much for posting these!
right now the torrent file is only ~250 episodes, and it's stuck at 92.8 for those 250, so hopefully this review will force a refresh on the torrent file to include all 650+ !

I have always wanted to watch the classic run of Doctor Who, or save footage for reviews. Now I finally can! Thank you very much to the person who posted this, just wondering which of the missing episode animations are and aren’t included.
Of course there are so many, and I don’t know how you got the footage, so if you don’t have access to all of them that’s fine, but it’s worth asking isn’t it?
Of course I can’t go through every episode to see which is which, because that would take an absolute lifetime. Hell I’ve seen over 20 episodes already and I’m still on season 1. How on earth could I keep that speed and get my answer quickly.
Basically, are all of the animations included, like the Power of the Daleks special edition or Galaxy 4? The newer stuff yk. Basically which of the animations are on here if you’re willing to reply.
But besides the animations, thank you for posting all of this. Send a reply with the link if you ever get season 26.
