As I pointed out in the Open Source Movies Forum earlier.
Will Ferrell and Adam McKay's site is responsible for the onslaught of these videos uploads. This is a scream for attention by a site who needs money. Send them a thank you if you have time.

It should be added that most of these upload dumpings are run by low paid employees running automatic upload scripts. This is done to monetize content that others have created.
So it boils down to some poor slob takes stuff he finds on the net and puts it into a machine that splashes us with slime. Then some rich guy gets cash from ADZ men while he's sitting by his pool. How do I get on that gravy train?
