Basic question: I'd like to watch a CSPAN video (https://archive.org/details/CSPAN3_20170903_094000_Herbert_Hoover_and_Calvin_Coolidge); it is chopped up into 1-min intervals, and I can't see how to simply stream the show. Can anyone guide me?

it is that way by design. It is not offered for continuous viewing at this time.
