Carol K. Brown ’s exhibition, “Down the Rabbit Hole,” at Nohra Haime Gallery features a series of heavily layered and “overworked” watercolor paintings, along with aluminum sculptures, originally cast two decades ago, but revitalized with new surface treatments.  An NPR and television news junkie, Brown listens while she works. Today’s global crises distress her profoundly, and certainly impact the tone of her work.   The spiral forms in her paintings originated in a systematic...

Saturday, 21st March 2020 10:21 BS claims that she let me in and that she knows who I am. Before that another female said “I want to go home.” This is not that home. Never has been. Never will be.  11:23 BS said a few minutes ago “All I want is to push him out.” She wants service in order to push me out immediately.  The pounding on the door with the statement “We want to know how you are” is a ruse so BS can push me out immediately. That’s what has been taking place since...

Six horn blasts on Thursday, 15th August 2019, from about 0745 to 0145 on Friday, 16th August 2019. The horn blast at about 1500 ended the activity by others as a male said that it “blew up” their night for a removal of me from my home. A horn blast at about 2345 woke me for more sleep deprivation torture.   The first horn blast occurred when I was in the living room and was a bit lower in volume from the rear of the kitchen area.  I have included the continuous VN3PR recording with it...
