you can still vote on wednesday and thursday. it's terrifying and a lot of attempts to mislead about time, place and manner of voting through robot calls and text messages and instagram messages and tiktok. and it is going to be highly personalized. host: doesn't that sound like a conspiracy theory. what do you base that on? guest: it's a conspiracy by the russians and chinese and iranians to do this. and the cybersecurity agency under department ofhomeland security has sent it out about this. yeah it's a conspiracy by foreign governments to try to disrupt the election and try to impugn it and make look like we are a shaky democracy.

host: homeland security chief cybersecurity guy talking about concerns they have and how they are watching for a.i. and play a little business of his description -- president trump: it's an honor to have you at mar-a-lago, my $18 million house on the ocean and the bay. and one of the problems we have. we have the court system that is very corrupt. we have a border that's open. we have a lot of problems in our country. and we have an election problem and that's what we are here to talk about. speaker johnson is going to be briefing you on what we discussed and what we agree on. but i would like to demand that our border be closed, because we have millions of people coming into our country, millions and millions of people are pouring in that nobody talks about.

you have 15 million in. some are terrorists. they come from jails and prisons and mental institutions and insane asylums and come from all over the world, not just south america, but coming from all over the world. venezuela said their crime is down 67% because they have taken the gang leaders and members deposited them very nicely into the united states of america. not just venezuela and happening with congo and africa, asia, south america, all over the world it's happening. our country is like a dumping ground and we are going to have it stopped and biden should close the border immediately. he doesn't need this gentleman or anybody. i did it without any legislation. i had the best border we had ever in recorded history. he can close it immediately. we had stay in mexico, remain in

mexico, catch and release in mexico. it was perfect. it was a great situation we had and now we have the worst ever. i don't believe in the history of the world there has been a border like this. but we probably have 15 million people and come from places that you don't want to know about and big problems and getting worse. migrant crime. new category. migrant crime. i just -- as a citizen, i demand the border has to be closed. our country cannot take it. no country could take it. not sustainable and also mention election interference and talk about election integrity for a little while and that is what we are working on and i'll introduce the speaker. he is doing a good job under tough circumstances. and i appreciate he came to mar-a-lago. we had a great conference and

big town out. our people want our country to be healed healed and united and don't want people coming in from jails, mental institutions. it's not going to happen for long. and that's why i say november 5 is going to be the most important day in the history of our country, the election. most important in the history of our country. thank you very much. and speaker, thank you. mr. johnson: thank you, mr. president and good to see you all. we are delighted to be here with our former and future president in this beautiful facility. mar-a-lago is famous and grateful to be here. with president trump as our nominee in the party we are looking for that historic day in november because we are going to grow the house majority and win back the white house as well. the united states needs us to do

that and that day cannot get here. the speaker is required to fly around and be with our candidates and incumbents and been to 23 states and everywhere we go, one of the first questions that people ask about is this issue of election integrity. the border is the number one issue. never been a political issue that scored so high in the polls as a matter of concern and doesn't matter where anyone lives. every state is a border state and deeply concerned about that. and election integrity is tied to the lack of border security. president biden created a catastrophe. we documented 64 specific executive actions that he took from the day he walked in the oval office and his agency took to open the border and invite for everybody to come here including hardend criminals. the official number is 9 million

encounters just since joe biden took office. but the actual number is probably close to 16 million illegals. they designed it. they geared it to be that way. his actions did that. he ended the repain in mexico policy under president trump's administration and's instated catch and release that had been practiced under the obama administration. they stopped building the wall. they did the opposite of what this president achieved and that's why we have this catastrophe. it has all sorts of terrible effects on the american people. we know fentanyl is the leading cause of death for americans from 18-39 and crimes are being committed on innocent americans like laken riley. and it must stop. and the american people demand that it does and doesn't matter which political party that any american is in. they want safety and security

and we can supply that. among the problem that flows from this open border catastrophe is related to this threat to our election integrity. why is that? you need to understand something, since 1993 national voter registration act, the motor voter law allows people to sign up to vote. if an individual averts or states they are a citizen, they don't have to prove it, they can register that person to vote in a federal election. states are prohibited from asking someone to prove that they are a citizen. the federal voter registration form has a check box. if you do that, you're good. that is a serious problem. and what we are going to do is, house republicans are introducing a bill that will require proof of citizenship to vote. it seems like common sense. all of us would agree we want

u.s. citizens to vote in u.s. elections. but there are some democrats who don't want to do that. one of their reasons for this open board that everyone asked, why would they do this? why the violence? they want to turn these people into voters. right now, the administration is encouraging illegals to go to the local welfare office to sign up for benefits. when you go to the welfare office they ask you if you would like to register to vote. many people, we think are going to do that. if the numbers are so high, so many millions of illegals in the country, one out of a hundred, they would cast thousands of votes, that could turn an election. this could be a tied election in our elections in the country. it could affect the presidential election. that's why house republicans are going to act. i'm going to announce here

standing along side president trump that we will do everything in our power to ensure we have free and fair elections. if we don't have that in a constitutional republic, we have nothing. we owe it to the american people. we will introduce to require every single person who registers to vote in a federal election must prove they are an american citizen first. that is an important part of law. our bill will establish new safeguards and put us on par with every other democracy around the world and prohibits noncitizen voting. and this is a critical thing for us to do at a very critical time. our bill requires states to remove noncitizens from existing voter rolls. that is a big problem, too. and provide access to data bases from department ofhomeland security and social security administration to help the states administer this.

as the entity that is responsible for regulating federal electrics, congress has this response bill. we cannot wait for fraud to occur especially when the threat of fraud is growing with every single illegal immigrant that crosses that board. the later poll 78% of americans say preventing illegal voting is a top priority. every place i have gone, west, southwest, everybody is concerned about this. we have a job to do. i'll turn it back to the president. when we put this bill on the floor, you will see a record vote by republicans and democrats and republicans stand for election integrity and ask this important question. democrats have to go on record do you believe that americans and americans alone should be the ones who vote in american

elections? you are about to find out their answer and that will be an interesting one for everybody to see. mr. president, thank you for hosting us today. i turn it back to you. president trump: do you have any questions? we are getting along with the speaker and marjorie. we have a speaker he was voted in and complicated process and i think it's not an easy situation for any speaker. i think he is doing a very good job. he is about as good as you are going to do. and i'm sure marjorie understands that and i know she has a lot of respect for the■ speaker. reporter: do you support an ukrainian bill?

president trump: we are thinking of making it in the form of a loan and not gifts. and we'k at it. but much more importantly, europe and give money. they have to equalize it. i'm ve upset it because they are affected much more than we are. the ukraine situation would have never happened if i wasn't. and everyone says that including democrats. millions ofnow, both sides. millions of people are dead. cities are blown to ashes and never rebuild those cities, and this is something that should have never happed. october 7 should have never happened in israel. should have never happened. what happened there was outrageous. iran was broke when i people weren't buying oil from iran. they were going to buy oil from iran and weren't going to do --m i said it to china and they

weren't doing business, they were broke. didn't have money for hamas or he hezbollah. would never have happened and did happen and it's only getting worse. it's very sad. i stand with the speaker. we have had a very good relationship. reporter: mr. president, you would sign a federal abortion ban. [indiscernible] president trump: we broke roev.wade and gave it back to the states and the states are working brilliantly and some cases conservatively and some cases not conservatively. everyve it go back to the state. democrat, republican, liberal and conservative and able to do that. we gave it back to the states

and now the states are working their way through it. and you are having some very, very beautiful harmony to be honest with you. and some cases that went back to 1864 or something like that and judge made a ruling but that's going to be changed by government. they are going to be changing that. i disagree with that. [indiscernible chatter] reporter: over the last few decades you have considered pro-h pro-choice and pro-life. which one is it? president trump: you know, when i was in new york and democrat -- ronald reagan was a democrat and we follow the similar path and look what we have done with roe v. weighed and i give credit to the supreme court and justices having the courage to do it. what they have done is give it

back to the states. i tell you, the democrats are the radicals on this because they are willing to have abortions in the seventh, eighth, ninth month and call it what you want but you go back to the governor of virginia, previous governor of virginia, democrat governor talked about execution of a baby after birth. you can say what you want, but that is extreme and radical and nobody should have that. reporter: do you think a motion to vacate rules should be changed or do you think that it creating chaos? president trump: unfortunate that people bring it up. we are a nation in decline. we are a declining nation. inflation is coming back at levels nobody thought they would have. if you look at the categories of inflation, worst categories, many categories are not

included. if you include that, your inflation number would be higher and already at records. inflation is back. and a lot of bad things are happening in our country. that is the least of it. you could end up in a world war between russia and ukraine and the chaos. that is something that never would have happened. what is going on with israel and october 7 could end up in a world war. we have a president that can't put two sentences two together or the stairs off the stage or a president. we could end up in a world war. we have less than seven months before november 5, but that's an eternity when people are incompetent. [indiscernible chatter] reporter: do you support the fisa bill that was passed? president trump: i looked at

fisa and know it probably than anybody. despite in my campaign and they did other things. i'm not a good fan of fisa. they put checks and balances on it and down to two years now and come due in the early part of my administration on the basis that we live up to the polls because the polls, we had another one come out and leading by a lot. i said you do what you want. i think fisa is terrible. [indiscernible] president trump: i would testify. it's a scam. that's not a trial. that's a scam. if you read jonathan turley or the legal -- they said that's not a case there. that is election interference by the biden administration and took one of their top guys and put it in the d.a.'s office to run it.

what they have done is a shame and has to stop. it's a third world country. you read jonathan turley and andrew mccarthy, every one of them said it's a scam and not a crime. what they are doing is a crime. they are criminals. reporter: why do you believe it is important for you to testify, take the stand in this upcoming trial? and what are you watching as jury selection begins in new york? president trump: jury selection is largely luck and depends who you get. union fair and a judge that hates trump and has tremendous conflict. nobody can believe this judge isn't recusing himself. the conflict is at a level that nobody has ever seen before. i have that and venue and all these things we have asked for. it's a witch hunt that takes

place in new york and very bad for new york and very bad for the judicial system. [indiscernible] president trump: all i can do is tell the truth and the truth is they have no case. and then you have to read the scholars. read all of the legal scholars. i haven't seen one legal scholars said this is a case. and you people said gee, too bad -- this is the first one. they are all scams. all about election interference. we have a president that doesn't know where he is. he can't speak. the whole world is collapsing. the world is on fire, no respect for our country. and only way he thinks he can win is doing by trials of trump. we have fani in atlanta. that was a setup with her boyfriend and take trips and take a lot of money out and should be dismissed.

not just the prosecutors but the case economiesed. look with biden and 50 years of documents and classified information and i'm fighting that trial. the whole thing is a disgrace and disgrace to our nation. [indiscernible chatter] reporter: have you spoken to israeli benjamin netanyahu? president trump: for the president of our country to put out a warning that they are going to be attacked, that is attacked. they wouldn't be attacking israel if i wasn't. and never did. iran was no position to attack. they had no money. they were broke. now they have $221 billion and

iraq who has $300 billion and iraq is a subsidiary of iran. with all of the fighting and the debt, look what happened how incompetent the whole thing is. i don't want to say who i spoke to. this is a very dangerous period of time in our nation and a big reason that it's dangerous that we have a president that is grossly incompetent. thank you all very much.
