there is one in sacramento that kaiser will be participating in and one in los angeles. so, in addition to providing healthcare, lowing low income residents to stay in their homes, they will provide social services like personal care in their home, so helping with some of those things that are hard for someone who has some challenges putting their medications together for them and things like that. they will also provide respite care for caregivers, and when you go into one of the habitat health centers it will be a social environment. so members can go into these places and engage and have a social connection with their community. there are some qualifications that have to be met but these are kaiser permanente physicians supporting their healthcare. you don't have to be a kaiser member but you do have to sign up for pace and you get all your services through pace. it is actually a really good program. my mom was part that and it helped us out a lot. i think it is a great program we are participating in. again, there are qualifications that must be met at a high level,
